Maghreb

May be formed by: Any country with Maghrebi primary culture (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia, Libya, Tripolitania and Cyrenaica)


Formation Requirements:

  • At peace.
  • Fez (province id #1680) is either owned, the owner is in your sphere, or the owner is a civilized Maghrebi nation who is at peace and who has relations of 150+ with you.
  • Constantine (province id #1708) is either owned, the owner is in your sphere, or the owner is a civilized Maghrebi nation who is at peace and who has relations of 150+ with you.
  • Tunis (province id #1725) is either owned, the owner is in your sphere, or the owner is a civilized Maghrebi nation who is at peace and who has relations of 150+ with you.
  • Tripoli (province id #1731) is either owned, the owner is in your sphere, or the owner is a civilized Maghrebi nation who is at peace and who has relations of 150+ with you.


Effects of Formation:

  • +20 Prestige.
  • all your national cores are removed and replaced with Maghreb (MGH) cores.
  • All national cores for Algeria, Cyrenaica, Libya, Morocco, Tripoli and Tunisia have Maghreb cores added.
  • Berber and Maures are added as accepted cultures.
  • Any country which is in your sphere and which possessed Maghreb cores will secede them to you.
  • Any country of Maghrebi or Maures primary culture which is in your sphere, is civilized, is not a vassal (or is your vassal) and has a relation of 150+ with you will receive an annexation event-- they are likely to agree unless your governments are very incompatible.
